I was so excited I can get miyeok in my town now!! My stylist (who's like my other mama) made this for me after both my babies and even when I miscarried 💝 I've been CRAZING it while I've had some health issues, so I'm making myself a big pot 🤤 before we'd have to go to the larger city 3 hours away to get Korean ingredients. But our local Chinese market has started bringing in lots of Korean producta as we have a large population of Korean college students now 💖

Fantastic, it also keeps well in the fridge. I love mine with other mild tasting ingredients like nappa cabbage, white rice, sliced onions and tofu.

I never knew why Korean pregnant moms ate so much Seaweed soup but apparently it's because it has a lot of iron in it which is what moms need during and post pregnancy.
I think I made this after my birth this soup is so yummy i miss the taste of it.
MAANGCHI, I think I'm becoming Korean by way of cooking and much respect for the cuisine and traditions! I'm post surgery and kept feeling a nagging urge that my body needed seaweed soup….and so I hobbled into the kitchen and made a bowl….I feel much better! Soothed my soul!

I am making one right now but as I don’t eat meat I changed the recipe to my taste, instead of the beef and fish sauce I added white miso, then added some gochujang, 2 oignons, garlic, chopped potatoes and at the end when it’s cooked I will add green opinons too 👀 😅 might be an option for vegans out there ❤

But I have a dought about seeweed, are they veg or non veg and I bought some roasted seeweed sheets from seeing your recipes but I can't make to eat how to use the roasted seeweed sheets cause your recipes are by non roasted seeweed I can't find any recipes by roasted weeds please help me with that recipe it must be great full to me.
